Privacy policy

Through the enrolment form: the child's names, date and place of birth, address, chosen class/group, parent/guardian names, phone, email, chosen payment option and your photo/video consent choice.

Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message. Through the newsletter sign-up: your email address.

Form submissions are sent by email to the school's official inbox only, and are used solely for the purpose they were submitted for. The website does not store form data in its own database, does not share it with third parties for marketing, and does not pass it to web analytics services.

The enrolment form contains children's data submitted by their parent or guardian. We treat it with particular care: it is used only to organise the teaching process. Photos and videos of children are taken and used only according to the explicit choice the parent makes on the enrolment form.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw any consent (including photo/video consent) at any time by emailing bgschool.azbukarche@gmail.com.
